Ticket Assistant (Part Time)

Hours: Casual / Part Time
Availability: Weekend and school holiday availability preferred
Hi Voltage Entertainment is Perth's premier entertainment centre, featuring electric go-karting, glow mini golf, indoor play, café and bar facilities across a 5,500sqm venue.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticket Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a fun and energetic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Processing bookings and payments through our booking system
- Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
- Checking in guests and managing race schedules
- Assisting with party and group bookings
- Promoting activities, memberships and special offers
- Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house area
- Supporting other departments when required
About You
- Friendly and confident personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
