About the role
We require an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our busy team in the capacity of casual Duty Manager. This hands-on role will require outstanding customer service, being able to lead by example and an ability to offer clear direction and supervision to staff.
Rates are per Registered and Licensed Club Award, late work and weekend penalty rates apply
Key responsibilities
Lead by example and offer clear direction and supervision to staff
Deliver outstanding customer service
Handle cash accurately
Perform manual handling tasks (lifting, pushing, moving and pulling) for any setup requirements
Work a variety of shifts including days, weekends and nights until 3am
Deal with conflict and conflict resolution
Multi-task with keen attention to detail
About you
Strong communication and highly developed interpersonal skills
Extremely flexible and able to multi-task with a keen attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Accurate cash handling skills
Current RSA, RSG Statement of Attainment, RMLV, Approved Manager and First Aid Certificate (must be willing to obtain)
Proven track record in understanding and delivering exceptional customer service
Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
