Fuse Recruitment are seeking a reliable and motivated Supply Chain Forklift Operator to join a busy Manufacturing, warehouse and distribution team based in Carole park . This is a Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm role after 3 months and paying $36 p/hr + Super whilst offering a consistent schedule, a balanced workload, and a clear path to permanent employment.

The Client:
A National brand specialising in the cement and timber building industries, located in Carole Park.
What you'll be doing:
As a Store Person you will complete a mix of Warehouse pick packing, forklift operation, receiving and despatch work. This is a 50/50 role where half of your day will be spent not operating forklfits.
Your duties will include:
- Operating counterbalance forklifts (LF ticket required)
- Moving palletised stock from production areas to despatch
- Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
- Picking orders from racking and pick face areas
- Manually picking of orders
- Building packs for customer orders
- Wrapping and strapping work
- Heat string wrapping – able to be taught on the job
- Palletising stock
- General warehouse cleaning up of wrapping rubbish and discarding product boxes
- Re stacking pallets
- Heavy lifting up to 20 kgs
- Matching paper work to customer orders
- Checking final paperwork against orders going out
What you’ll need to succeed:
You will have previous Store Person, pick packing and Counterbalance forklift operating experience. Your experience will also include:
- Valid LF Forklift license
- Counterbalance forklift operating experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Pick packing experience
- Experience palletising stock, wrapping and strapping of stock
- Shrink wrapping experience
- Be Physically fit – comfortable with manual handling and working in a team
- Great attitude and reliability
