About the Role
Farm Vigano, a cherished farm-to-table destination in South Morang, is seeking passionate and skilled Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rustic, agritourism-inspired venue that celebrates fresh produce, seasonal ingredients, and authentic Italian-Australian hospitality.
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Cooks/Chefs who are committed to exceeding guest expectations while contributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture. The eligible candidates will be performing the following duties:
CHEFS: Lead and manage kitchen operations, assist with menu development, prepare, and plate dishes to a high standard, and oversee food safety and stock control.
COOKS: Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
The successful candidates will have:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years preferred) as a Chef or Cook in a busy café, restaurant, or farm-style kitchen.
· Strong culinary fundamentals and a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food.
· Ability to work calmly under pressure during peak service periods.
· A collaborative, team-first attitude.
· Relevant qualifications (Diploma or equivalent for Chefs; Certificate IV or equivalent for Cooks).

A competitive salary with annual reviews. Salary starts from $75,000 per year plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
