ANOTHEN Community Care is currently growing our team of support workers who are enthusiastic and proactive while supporting our clients in the community.
We currently have openings in the following areas:

- Stirling
- Wanneroo
- Armadale
- Gosnells
- Serpentine - Byford
- Rockingham
We are looking for support workers who have the following qualities:
- Able to build a relationship with their clients
- Excellent English – spoken, written and understanding
- Individuals will have a positive outlook on life
- You will be able to journey with people and support them with purpose and meaningful activities
- Communicate well with others in the organisation and with clients
- Understand the importance of completing the required documentation as a support worker and get it done in a timely manner
- You will be able to have fun at work with your clients
You MUST have the following:
- NDIS workers screening check
- Minimum of a certificate III in individual support or higher
- Current first and CPR certificate
- Mental Health First Aid
- Current manual handling certificate (within the last 12 months)
- Hand washing certificate (within the last 12 months)
- Infection control certificate (within the last 12 months)
- Reliable car – with current registration and insurance
- Current Driver's licence
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Experience with challenging behaviours and following behaviour support plans
- Experience working with individual who live with mental health
- Support individuals in supported accommodation
- Supporting people in the workplace
- Supporting people in social and community participation
ANOTHEN Community Care currently have shifts ready to be filled on our rosters for the right persons, with the opportunity for ongoing and constant work. We are not looking for team members who are on their phone during the shift and not engaging and present with clients.
Pay: $35.15 – $77.33 per hour
