As a Disability Support Worker in Warrnambool, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health to the supervisor.
- Encourage and promote independence among clients while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
