As a Disability Support Worker in Warrnambool, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This temporary, casual position offers an opportunity to provide essential support and assistance, ensuring that clients can engage in their daily activities with dignity and independence. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health to the supervisor.
- Encourage and promote independence among clients while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
