This role will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of DTC brands and some of the biggest brands in eCommerce, owning the full Retention Strategy across Email, SMS, loyalty, automation, and subscription programs.
The Opportunity:
The chance to join APAC's fastest growing CRM & Retention Agency, working directly alongside the Founder and owning end to end strategic delivery for a number of clients. You'll manage a team of Account Managers, overseeing output & delivery across Automation, Lifecycle, Loyalty, Email & SMS and Subscription programs, whilst managing key client & stakeholder relationships.
You'll use your hands on the tools experience to develop, shape & deliver solid results across a range of different clients, identifying new opportunities for growth & scale and reporting & presenting to key senior leaders.
Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:
- A solid background in CRM & Retention Marketing, ideally in an Agency environment, with a focus on eCommerce, DTC & Retail
- Indepth, hands on experience with Klaviyo, or similar platforms such as Yotpo, Emarsys, SFMC or Braze
- Strong experience in owning & shaping CRM strategies, from brief & concept, through to execution
- Broad experience & exposure to all facets of CRM, including Loyalty, Automations and Subscription
- A solid track record in delivering uplift across all key metrics, from LTV, Retention & Engagement rates, as well as revenue increases
- Deep data segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets, database sizes & present actionable insights
- A passion for living & breathing data, as well as commercial thinking, identifying new areas of opportunity & presenting these to the wider SLT
