The role: Project Coordinator - 3 month contract
- Coordination of meetings and providing strong admin support
- Communication to key stakeholders via online briefing sessions
- Preparation of documents using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Help coordinate and be able to multi-task and prioritise on a daily basis to deliver on critical project tasks
- Willing to learn, grow, take initiative and be able to problem solve
- Assist in updating schedules to ensure timelines and appropriate quality processes are met within the project
- Provide regular updates to Project Managers and key stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, coordinate attendees and planning events and meetings
Who are you:
- Ideally have a background in retail and construction
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Great time management, planning and organisational skills
- Strong sense of ownership to follow your deliverables through to closure
- A personable and positive attitude
- Adaptable to any given situation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to pick up a variety of systems
- Willingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilities
- Attend, support and participate in meetings
