About The Role
An outstanding opportunity has presented itself for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month max term contract. This will suit a talent acquisition professional who wants the challenge and opportunity that comes with delivering recruitment at scale.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with senior leaders and the People & Culture team to shape sourcing strategies, modernise hiring practices and technologies, and embed a values aligned approach to recruitment.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
-
Partner with leaders to align talent approaches and selection processes to business priorities
-
Oversee end to end recruitment delivery, from approval to appoint and transition to onboarding
-
Design and refine sourcing strategies for high volume and hard to fill roles across operational and corporate portfolios
-
Ensure recruitment activity is compliant, consistent and aligned with legislative, safety and governance requirements
-
Use data, insights and trends to stay ahead of demand, manage risk and drive continuous improvement
-
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners to deliver quality outcomes at pace
What You’ll Bring
We welcome people with diverse experiences and career paths. You don’t need to meet every point to be considered.
-
Experience delivering recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex, frontline or multi-site environment
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver high volume recruitment at pace while maintaining quality, fairness and candidate care
-
Ability to partner with and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to shape high-impact decisions with credibility
-
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions constructively
-
Knowledge of merit-based recruitment, EEO, diversity and inclusion, and legislative requirements
-
Strong data and system literacy and expertise using recruitment systems and metrics to inform decisions
This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys solving workforce challenges with pace and precision, and is motivated by lifting capability across the business.
Experience in freight, logistics or other safety critical environments is valued but not essential.
