Welcome to Lutheran Care
Lutheran Care is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people who need it most.
In the Northern Territory, we deliver Financial Wellbeing services and lead the Central Intake Service. This is a Territory-wide service that improves access for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
Our work builds on a strong foundation in South Australia across foster care, homelessness, emergency relief, family support, counselling and allied health.
We work alongside people from all backgrounds with respect and cultural awareness.
Lead with purpose. Build systems that change lives
About the Role
The Team Leader, Homelessness is based in Alice Springs and leads day-to-day operations of the Central Intake Service locally while contributing to a Territory-wide service.

You lead a team of Pathway Workers. You oversee intake, assessment and referral processes. You ensure practice is consistent, culturally safe, and meets program and contract requirements.
You support strong local partnerships in Alice Springs and contribute to consistent service delivery across the Territory.
