In this full-time role you’ll work as a part of our Early Years Team in Mornington Island to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

Your deep expertise in early childhood development will be invaluable.
This role requires:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care will be considered (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching)
- Through knowledge of child protection processes and commitment to upholding all Regulatory processes.
- Experience working with and supervising educators providing care and supervision for young children from diverse backgrounds, particularly Aboriginal and Torre Strait Islander background.
- Demonstrated experience in working alongside children and families, using a partnership and strengths-based approach, to set and achieve agreed outcomes in a community development setting.
- Current driver’s licence
