About Us:
BOTH espresso & wine is a new café and wine bar in Runaway Bay. We’re a locally owned venue serving specialty coffee, fresh brunch, curated wines, and cocktails — all in a modern, relaxed space designed to feel like home.
We’re now looking for a skilled and reliable Chef or Cook to assist our kitchen operations during the day and grow with us as we expand into casual weekend night service as we will be expanding our hours in spring
Responsibilities include:
Prepping and executing our breakfast/lunch menu
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
Stock and prep management
Collaborating with the owners on menu development
Supporting the team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a café or brunch-style kitchen (preferred but not essential)
Strong food prep and time management skills
A passion for fresh, simple food
Clean, calm, and reliable work ethic
Someone excited to be part of a new venue from the ground up
Flexibility to work weekdays and potentially some weekend evenings
