As our workload continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced qualified carpenter to join our team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys varied carpentry work, takes pride in quality results, and can work independently while supporting apprentices.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work across a variety of residential and commercial projects across Sydney and occasional NSW regional jobs .
Duties include:
- General carpentry including framing and fix-outs
- Building and renovation projects
- Working across granny flats, renovations, and custom builds
- Finished carpentry (Wainscotting, skirting etc.)
- Domestic and light commercial carpentry work
- Decking, door installations, patching and repairs
- General maintenance tasks
- Mentoring and working alongside apprentices
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and site organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified carpenter with experience
- Strong experience in residential carpentry and renovations
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks on site
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, organised, and professional
- Good communication skills with clients and team members
- Willingness to support and mentor apprentices
- Driver’s licence required
- Work vehicle with own tools required
Work Hours
Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
Occasional overtime and some Saturdays may be requested.
