NeuroTribes Australia is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS, support coordination, and participant-centred practice
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage a diverse caseload and build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders
