Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and Rednote
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Manage social media communities, customer engagement and online reviews
- Coordinate influencer (KOL) partnerships and brand collaborations
- Maintain brand consistency across online and in-store customer touchpoints
- Support store teams with product promotion, campaign communication and training
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Stay up to date with industry trends and content opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in marketing, social media or brand management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital,social, in-store and/or owned channels
- Understanding of social media platforms, content planning and influencer activity
- Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and operations teams
- Passion for food, beverage, retail or lifestyle brands
- A proactive and willingness to learn
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pyrmont NSW
