Job Description
The Rococo Group are looking for friendly, motivated staff who enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment to join our team at the St Kilda venue. We have part time, full time and casual positions available and can work around school/ uni hours.
The Company
Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in the creating an experience for all our guests. We currently have 4 restaurants in Victoria; the first in St.Kilda and the second in Hawthorn, our 3rd in Point Cook and our newest venue in Mordialloc.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:
- Making Coffee - previous barista experience in Australia is highly regarded
- Mixing drinks, cocktails, pouring beers and wine
- Stock replenishment and stocktake
- General cleaning
- Ability to produce high quality coffees & alcoholic beverages
Current RSA certificate a must and barista experience is highly regarded.
The potential candidate will have a keen eye for attention to detail, high level of consistency and quality of our drinks in our fast paced environment.
