WE’RE HIRING FOH STAFF
We’re a busy Matcha Bar looking for an energetic, friendly and reliable FOH Staff Member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Take orders and process payments
- Prepare and serve matcha and other drinks
- Learn our menu and help customers choose drinks
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the front counter
- Restock cups, ingredients and FOH supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle busy service periods efficiently
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
What we’re looking for:
- Previous café/FOH experience preferred
- Confident and friendly with customers
- Fast, organised and able to multitask
- Reliable and punctual
- Matcha or barista experience is a bonus
- Weekend availability required
Pay: $26.44 – $46.66 per hour
Work Location: In person
