About the Position
We’re on the lookout for a hands on Maintenance Technician with strong experience in commercial pool systems, control equipment, and piping. You’ll be supporting the delivery of new system installs and maintenance programs, working with builders, developers, and commercial clients.
You’re a fit if you have a mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of chemical control systems, dosing equipment, and pipework layouts typical in large-scale aquatic, wellness or recreational facilities.
The Key Responsibilities

Install and commission commercial pool systems (chemical controllers, filtration systems, pipework)

Work with suppliers and site teams to ensure proper installation standards

Use proprietary tech tools and follow installation procedures

Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on installed systems

Provide detailed documentation and service records

Train clients or builders in system handover and aftercare

Troubleshoot on-site issues and proactively flag risks
Skills & Experience Required

Strong knowledge of commercial pool plumbing, equipment, and control systems or similar.

Ability to read plans and understand complex piping layouts.

Mechanical trade background or relevant field experience.

Experience with RCD systems, chemical dosing, and filtration setups.

Hands on with tools and comfortable working independently.

Tech savvy – comfortable with service mate, Xero, or similar.

Current driver’s licence.
