About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Program Facilitator to deliver structured, engaging group programs that support individuals in building life skills, confidence, and resilience for successful community reintegration.
In this rewarding role, you’ll facilitate programs focused on personal development, wellbeing, communication, and cognitive skills, helping participants create positive, lasting change. This role offers purpose driven work where you can make a real difference in people’s lives. At Fulham Correctional Centre you will have a supportive environment with on-going development in a role that offers both challenges and rewards to the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality group-based programs focused on life skills and wellbeing
- Deliver engaging, activity-based sessions that develop problem-solving and thinking skills
- Manage program scheduling and participant waitlists
- Track and report on participant progress as part of case management
What You Bring / About You
- Qualification in community services, welfare or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering group programs or training sessions
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach
- Ability to engage people with complex or challenging behaviours
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This Role Requires
- Strong relationship-building with participants and staff
- A commitment to safety, structure, and professionalism
- Ability to obtain and maintain security & police clearance

Company Overview
Fulham Correctional Centre is the largest privately managed prison facility in rural Victoria, located in Fulham. With a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration, the Centre manages a population of up to 1049 male prisoners, including an 84 bed Nalu Transition Community Program. Our mission is to provide offenders with the opportunity to engage in work, education, and transformative programs that address the root causes of criminal behaviour.
