Rudman Group is a QBCC-licensed building company delivering high-end renovations, new builds and multi-residential developments across Brisbane and Logan. We're a small, hands-on team where quality of finish matters more than volume — and we're looking for a carpenter who takes pride in the same.
The role
You'll be working on residential renovation projects from strip-out through to fit-off — framing, structural alterations, decks and pergolas, doors and windows, linings, and second-fix finishing carpentry. Expect variety, older homes with surprises in them, and clients who notice the details.
What we're after
- Cert III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Solid renovation experience — comfortable working in occupied or established homes
- Own tools, reliable vehicle, and a current driver's licence
- White Card
- Able to read plans and work from a scope without constant supervision
- Clean, tidy work and respectful conduct on site — our clients live there
- Good communication and reliable timekeeping
Nice to have
- Experience with heritage or character Queenslanders
- Working at Heights / EWP tickets
- Ability to run a small site or supervise an apprentice

Pay: $57,074.62 – $113,640.75 per year
