Job Description
Join us in Northcote, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 31 hours per week, including 6 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.

You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
Qualifications

A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow

Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)

Australian working rights

National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
