As an Assistant Store Manager at STRAND, you’ll play a key role in supporting your Store Manager to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences every day. You’ll lead from the floor, inspire your team and help your store achieve its goals while creating a culture where your team feel valued, empowered and motivated to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coach your team to be confident and proud Strand product experts
- Drive sales and deliver KPI expectations, stepping up when your Store Manager needs you
- Deliver to our store standards across all touchpoints
- Support with stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention
- Assist with managing rosters as required
- Know your numbers to drive results
- Demonstrate safe and compliant work practices
- Bring our brand values to life
