Destiny Therapy Group is seeking motivated Behaviour Support Practitioners who already have, or are actively building, their own client base and want the systems, compliance and infrastructure to support their practice.

About You
You are:
- An NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (or currently considered suitable by the NDIS Commission).
- Passionate about delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support.
- Looking to operate or expand your own independent practice.
- Professional, organised and committed to participant outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- Current ABN.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
Preferred
- Existing participant or referral network (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
