Expression of interest for Part Time cooks
Our brand new takeaway is underway and we are looking for suitable candidates to join our team. We are seeking culinary students who are looking for a good learning environment to start working in, a place where they can build their skills and develop what has been learnt in class, while also providing flexibility between work and studying.
Your everyday duties will include but not limited to:
- Food preparation and handling
- Quick completion and packaging of orders
- Maintaining clean and sterilised workspace/equpitment at all times
- Monitoring of stock/inventory levels
- Following Food Safety Standards
- Ensuring dishes are served correctly and consistently
What we are looking for:
- Food Safety Certified or willing to become certified
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Positive attitude
- Willing to learn
- Time Management skills
- Happy to work over set shifts (inc.Saturdays)
- Good Communication
- Fluent English
