About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service, including cocktails and wines. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
- Support inventory management and stock control of beverages and restaurant supplies.
- Recommend and serve wines and cocktails, providing guests with knowledgeable beverage suggestions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (preferred/required depending on location).
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
