Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Gaming Attendant to join the team at Prospect Hotel Motel in Western Sydney.
You’ll bring solid gaming-floor experience, confidence working within responsible gambling requirements and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. From day one, you’ll be supported with onboarding into Prospect’s procedures and Redcape’s systems.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly and attentive service across the gaming floor
- Build rapport with regular customers and create a welcoming experience
- Assist customers confidently with gaming enquiries and service requests
- Follow responsible gambling requirements and venue procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented gaming environment
- Support the wider venue team when required
What We’re Looking For
- Recent gaming attendant experience within a pub, hotel or similar venue
- Sound knowledge of gaming operations and responsible gambling requirements
- Confidence engaging with customers and building relationships with regulars
- Reliability and the ability to contribute to a close-knit venue team
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA and RCG; ARCG highly regarded or willingness to obtain
