Qualified Marine Mechanic / Tradesman
An exciting opportunity exists for a Qualified Marine Mechanic / Tradesman with a minimum of five years' experience (preferred) to join the growing team at JD's Boatshed.

Duties & Responsibilities
- General workshop and showroom duties
- Diagnose engine faults and complete repairs
- Engine repowers
- Repairs and servicing of engines, boats and trailers
- Boat detailing, including high-pressure cleaning and polishing
- Application of antifouling systems and coatings (including Propspeed)
- Assist with boat pick-up and delivery throughout Sydney
- Collection of parts and workshop supplies
About You
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
- Qualified Marine Mechanic (minimum five years' experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays (preferred but flexible)
- Experience with MerCruiser sterndrive engines is highly regarded but not essential
- Experience working on Malibu and Axis boats would be highly regarded
