The Role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our exceptional broker support team. As a Broker Support Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our field-based Partnership Managers (PMs) while delivering a seamless experience for our broker members. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll ensure brokers receive timely, high-quality support when PMs are unavailable, helping them overcome challenges and maximise opportunities for business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing evolution of Connective's industry-leading broker support model. You'll work closely with brokers, Partnership Managers and internal stakeholders to coordinate enquiries, manage communications and deliver outstanding service that strengthens member engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

Managing email communication and taking overflow calls from members when field-based PMs are unavailable.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the field-based PMs, ensuring efficient operations.
- Answering general enquiries from brokers and liaising with internal departments to resolve member issues as needed.
- Helping develop and maintain a strong relationship between brokers, PMs, and the broader business.
- Ensuring all member interactions are logged and documented accurately within the CRM system.
- Coordinating and following up on outstanding tasks and requests from brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
The Person
As an exceptional communicator and customer support professional, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer’s expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper. You enjoy working with others, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the interpersonal and influencing skills to support this.
You will also have:

A proven record in developing relationships and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills with a collaborative team player style and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and support multiple teams.
