This role is about much more than making great coffee. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and café beverages.
- Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Checking in customers with existing bookings and processing sales.
- Responding professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries and requests.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting café and play centre.
- Tidying, cleaning, and resetting the centre between sessions.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure every family enjoys an exceptional visit.
About You
- Hold a current Blue Card (or be eligible to obtain one before commencing employment).
- Have previous experience working in a child-focused environment.
- Have experience in a similar customer service and/or barista role.
- Confident in preparing quality coffee in a busy environment.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
- Take initiative and have a strong attention to detail.
- A genuine team player who enjoys exceeding customer expectations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
