Our company is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our Brisbane team.

About the Role:
✔ Prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions
✔ Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
✔ Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing
✔ Work closely with project managers and clients
✔ Manage multiple tenders while meeting deadlines
✔ Site-based position
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in construction estimating (painting, rendering, tiling, waterproofing, labour hire, or commercial construction is highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience with estimating software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full Australian working rights
