Victorian-recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential.
Qualification in Hospitality would be advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role within an events center, restaurant or hotel environment would be highly advantageous.
Ability to work a flexible roster including, weekends, evenings and holiday.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple demands.
