We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Receptionist to join our team—someone who is organised, enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in building a career in real estate.
About the role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our office, answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, welcoming clients, and helping keep the office running smoothly. You’ll assist with general administration, maintaining company records, ordering office supplies, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. You’ll also help ensure the reception and front office area is always clean, tidy, and welcoming. Saturday work is required with a weekday off to compensate.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing reception and front desk operations
- Answering and directing calls
- Providing general real estate administration support
- Assisting with other admin tasks as required
About you:
You are someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is well presented with strong communication skills
- Is organised, reliable, and happy to work as part of a team
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (experience with CRMs and databases is a bonus)
- Has an interest in starting or developing a long-term career in real estate
Experience is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided to the right person.
