The Opportunity (About the Role)
As an Occupational Therapist with OT For Us, you will have the exciting opportunity to:
- Provide evidence based occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of NDIS funded clients aged 3 to 25 years, including those on the Autism Spectrum and other developmental conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop client centred goals, and implement engaging therapy interventions across clinic, home, school and community settings throughout Melbourne.
- Complete clinical documentation including assessment reports, NDIS review reports, therapy plans and session notes.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders regarding client progress and therapy recommendations.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to support positive outcomes for children and families.
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility and professional autonomy.

- Performance bonuses available for clinicians who exceed KPI targets (you get 30% of your above KPI hours)

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
Essential Criteria
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an AHPRA approved university
- Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration upon graduation
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them promptly
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one promptly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team environment
Desirable Criteria
- Previous paediatric experience
- Understanding of the NDIS framework
