As a Principal Civil Designer, you’ll take the lead on civil design delivery across a range of projects, from early concept through to detailed construction documentation. You’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality designs, reviewing the work of designers and drafters, and being the first point of contact for design‑related queries.
Day to day, this means balancing your own design workload with coaching others, checking outputs for accuracy and compliance, and working closely with project managers to meet scope, budget and timeframes. You’ll also liaise with clients, councils and other external stakeholders, ensuring documentation is clear, accurate and fit for approval and construction.
You’ll be based in a modern Sunshine Coast office, working closely with project managers, engineers, designers and drafters in a highly collaborative setting. The office is just two blocks from the beach, with cafés and local eateries right on your doorstep and free parking close by.
