Quest Moorabbin now has an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Service Agent in the Front office Reception. We are looking for a guest experience professional with a passion for customer service and sales to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis in a very fast-paced Front Office role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of the Front Office Reception and Concierge services, with tasks including, but not limited to:
- Ensuring all aspects of front office reception and concierge services run smoothly
- Strong sales skills in promoting and selling accommodation
- Guest relations
- Reservations
- Administration
- Guest Feedback and complaint handling
- Performing check-ins & check-outs
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history
- Delivering a high level of professional customer experience
- Responding to accommodation enquiries, processing reservations and accounts.
- In-house guest safety and security
- Property Security
- Night Audit Reporting and reconciliation
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Passion for providing friendly, personalised customer service

- High level of attention to detail
- Reliability and flexibility
- Excellent communication
- Working both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Sales skills
- High level of personal presentation
- A genuine interest in a career within the hotel industry
- Hotel Reception and Concierge experience desirable
- Experience in Front office systems
This is a Full-time or Part-time or casual position on a rotating roster. You must be available to work shifts, from 7 am- 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays. Only successful applicants will be notified.
