We are currently seeking a Junior Kitchen Hand for Blackwood Hotel located in Blackwood Victoria. In this part time position, you need to be available to work some weeknights and on weekends. You must be proactive, efficient and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Kitchen Hand duties include:
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Maintaining the equipment and utensils
- Supporting and assisting kitchen team
- Ensuring OHS procedures are followed
- Stock rotation and food safety adherence
- Food preparation and allocation
You will have the following:
- Are willing to learn and have reliability
- A positive attitude within the team
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Have Australian work rights
