Stylist – Narellan
We’re currently seeking a permanent part-time experienced and high-performing Stylist to join our Narellan boutique. This is not your typical stylist role — you will operate as a senior presence on the floor, working in close partnership with the Boutique Leaders to drive performance, elevate the customer experience, and influence team results.
This opportunity is suited to a commercially minded stylist who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is ready to step into a more impact-led position.

Your Role in Store
As a Stylist, you will:

Deliver exceptional, personalised styling experiences that build long-term client relationships

Consistently contribute to achieving and exceeding overall boutique sales targets and KPIs through strong personal performance and floor leadership

Work in alignment with the Boutique Leaders to execute daily priorities and drive results on the floor

Maintain a strong, confident presence during peak trade, leading by example in both service and sales

Support, coach, and uplift team members through sharing styling expertise and best practice

Uphold impeccable visual merchandising and operational standards

Act as a trusted, experienced point of contact within the boutique
About You

Proven retail experience with consistent, high-level sales performance

Strong styling capability with a consultative, customer-first mindset

Demonstrated ability to influence team performance and contribute to store results

Commercially aware with a clear understanding of KPIs and conversion

Confident communicator with natural leadership presence

Polished, professional, and aligned with a premium brand environment
