As the Client Delivery Executive for Insurance clients, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery performance across a portfolio of programmes spanning core insurance operations, digital platforms, and data/AI transformation.
You will drive client value across the insurance value chain—including policy administration, underwriting, claims, distribution, and customer engagement—ensuring superior delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
The role combines delivery leadership, insurance domain expertise, and innovation—particularly leveraging data, analytics, and AI/GenAI—to help clients modernise legacy platforms, optimise operations, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
Insurance Delivery Leadership & Value Creation:
- Lead delivery across key insurance domains including Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Billing, and Distribution.
- Drive business outcomes such as claims leakage reduction, faster FNOL-to-settlement cycles, underwriting accuracy, and improved policy servicing efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of all engagements to insurer KPIs including operational cost, customer satisfaction, and regulatory obligations.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Establish and govern delivery frameworks aligned to APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Proactively manage delivery risks including data privacy, compliance, and operational resilience risks.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex delivery or client issues.
Transformation & Technology Modernisation:
- Drive programmes across core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens) and ecosystem integrations
- Lead adoption of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), digital platforms, and API-led architectures across insurance portfolios.
- Accelerate transformation through AI/GenAI use cases such as claims automation, fraud detection, underwriting decisioning, and customer service virtual assistants.
Delivery Excellence & Financial Performance:
- Own delivery performance including margin, utilisation, and productivity across the portfolio.
- Leverage industrialised delivery models, automation, and reusable assets to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure all programmes meet contractual commitments, SLAs, and commercial targets.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with CIO, COO, Claims, Underwriting, and Operations leaders within client organisations.
- Act as a trusted advisor on insurance transformation and technology innovation.
- Enable delivery-led growth, identifying opportunities for additional programmes and services.
Team Leadership & Capability Development:
- Lead global delivery teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Mentor leaders and create a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
