About the Role：
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take full responsibility for our warehouse operations. You will be the key person ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of complete forklifts and spare parts, leading a small team, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and organisation.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to safety standards.
· Operate a forklift to move and manage stock within the warehouse (forklift license required or willingness to get one).
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all incoming and outgoing goods.
· Implement 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and clearly identified storage environment.
· Enforce strict safety rules and ensure full compliance with all Australian WHS regulations.
Key Requirements：
· Forklift licence (Mandatory)
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor in a similar environment
· Strong knowledge and understanding of Warehousing processes and legislative frameworks (eg OH&S)
· Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and problem solve in complex environments
· Ability to build effective relationships
· Experience with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
