Workahub has been instructed to seek a reliable and motivated Warehouse Leader to join its Caringbah team.

They are a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality products for fastening, fixing, installing, connecting, insulating, protecting and identifying electrical cables and network connectivity solutions. They also develop cable management parts to industry-specific requirements.
Job
Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will help coordinate daily operations, manage stock movement and maintain a safe, efficient and productive warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional ready to strengthen their leadership skills within an established organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations
- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Coordinate stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure WHS requirements and company policies are followed
- Work with other departments to support logistics and operational needs
- Lead and support the warehouse team when required
- Perform general warehouse duties
About You
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Forklift licence and driver’s licence
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident leading and motivating a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Referees provided
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
