Ceasefire is a passive fire protection company based out of Sydney providing a range of fire protection services throughout Australia. We are currently looking for experienced protective coatings sprayers to join our growing team. Your construction or spraying experience will be highly valued and considered, so please get in touch if you are passionate about your work and seek a full-time role.
The Position
This is a full-time position. We are currently looking for candidates with experience in spraying protective coatings or abrasive blasting. Applicants will have a good eye for detail and be able to operate a clean worksite.
- Operating spray equipment (e.g. Imer, Putzmeister, Wagner, Graco etc.)
- Spraying of fireproofing products on construction sites across NSW
- Coordinating deliveries, labour and material requirements with management
- Complete work in a timely manner and in accordance with company OHS policy
Required
Candidates must have experience in the industry and not be afraid of hard work
- White card, license and own transport
- Experience in protective coatings, abrasive blasting, or similar
- Scissor/EWP ticket
- Sprayed finishes to be neat and clean
- Ability to spray various substrates (e.g. duct, steel, slab)
Remuneration
Attractive remuneration and many other benefits are available for the right candidates in addition to the below:
- $45.00-$65.00 per hour, rates based on experience
- Superannuation + ACIRT
- 26x RDOs per year
- Travel allowance
- Company vehicle provided to suitable candidates
- Work uniforms provided
- Penalty rates for overtime and weekend work
Schedule
- 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend work is available
Experience
- Experience with industrial coatings using vermiculite, paint, shotcrete, or abrasive blasting is required. Experience in other related fields also considered.
