As a Paid Media Manager you’ll lead paid performance advertising execution and strategy for Alley’s clients. This includes managing teams, client relationships, campaign implementation, optimisation, and reporting across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta ads, display, programmatic and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid performance strategies that deliver results for clients.
Manage client accounts and ensure campaign quality and accuracy.
Lead and coordinate your internal pod/team on performance tasks.
Prepare and deliver reports, participate in client meetings WIPs/QBRs.
Stay updated on the latest platform changes, features, and tactics.
Communicate strategy and performance results clearly to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Usually 4+ years in paid media or a related digital marketing role.
Strong expertise with Google Ads, Meta ad platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience in agency environments and client-facing communication.
Skilled in Excel/PowerPoint and performance reporting.
