Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 + Superannuation + ESOP
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Work type: Hybrid
Fresho is a fast growing tech scale-up on a mission to transform the food industry for the benefit of people and the planet.
Our order management software is revolutionising the way the entire industry operates - from day to day operations, to mental health and wellbeing, to food waste reduction - the impact of Fresho touches every aspect of the sector in a hugely positive way making it more efficient, enjoyable, profitable and sustainable.
We work closely with wholesale fresh food suppliers and 45,000 restaurants, cafes, hotels and other foodservice venues.
Fundamental to our culture is the belief that our people are everything. We are purposefully building our culture alongside our business to make Fresho a fun, positive and inclusive place to work for our dynamic team of Freshonauts.
Fresho has raised over $45m to date and processes almost $400m monthly through the platform with 750,000 orders monthly. We are headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with offices in London, United Kingdom and Auckland, New Zealand, and customers in Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland and New Zealand.
Take your Business Analyst / Systems career into global tech: We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join Fresho’s global Revenue Operations team.
You may already be working in a BA, CRM, Salesforce / HubSpot, Sales Ops, systems or reporting role - and looking for international work experience, more ownership, more variety, and a pathway into a RevOps career within a global software business. If that sounds like your next step, we’d love you to apply
This is a hands-on technical, systems, AI and data role supporting our teams across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. You’ll sit close to the commercial engine room, helping improve the systems, reporting and processes that directly support how Fresho grows and wins.
We’re taking a modern approach to systems management and enablement, including the use of tools like Claude Code, Lovable and AI-assisted workflows to help us work faster, solve problems more creatively and build better internal systems for our teams.
You don’t need to have held a RevOps title before. What matters is that you bring hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, strong data and reporting skills, a systems mindset, curiosity around AI, and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels to understand problems and turn them into practical solutions.
Support suppliers using technology that’s not just useful- it’s award-winning . Be part of an award-winning SaaS business shaping the future of wholesale with AI-powered products including Fresho OrderPilot!
Salary: The salary band for this role is between $90,000 - $105,000 + superannuation + ESOP, with placement on the band based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, technical capability and skills.
Location: This role is based at our beautiful Melbourne HQ in Central House, South Melbourne (a vibrant office base with regular events like free lunches, socials and excellent facilities!) with hybrid working flexibility.
Hybrid working: During your initial onboarding period, you should expect to spend more time in the office to support learning, context building and collaboration. Once ramped, the role can move to a hybrid model // typically 3 days in the office and 2 days flex to work from home.
Global role / working hours: This role will include planned periods where your working hours are adjusted - for example, working early mornings or later evenings for a week or period of time - to support in-market collaboration with different regions. We expect this rhythm to be most relevant during the first 6-10 months as you onboard, build context and help embed the global RevOps structure. We’ll have a roster system in place to support your balance, including time to adjust back between timezone changes. If you like variety, want international experience, and like the idea of not always working only standard Australian business hours, this could suit you well!
Training & Onboarding: You’ll be supported by experienced team members and given the context you need to understand Fresho’s product, revenue model, systems and processes. However, this role does require someone who can bring some existing CRM, systems, data or business analysis capability from day one.
Maintain and improve revenue systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot and connected sales tools.
Support CRM administration, data hygiene, reporting inputs, workflows, automations and system configuration.

Think through system dependencies and downstream impacts before making or recommending changes.
Monitor revenue and go-to-market KPIs and support regular management and leadership reporting.
Build and improve dashboards and reports covering performance, pipeline, conversion, activity and revenue trends.
Use BI and AI tools to analyse data, identify trends and turn findings into clear, practical insights.
Support revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, market research, payments reporting and other commercial analysis projects.

1-3 years’ relevant experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, Systems Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Data / Reporting Analyst, or similar. This is not a senior strategy, sales leadership or people management role; it is a hands-on systems, data and operations role with room to grow.
Salesforce and HubSpot systems admin experience. You do not need to be a senior Salesforce architect, but you do need practical experience working in both systems, including fields, workflows, data quality, reporting, admin tasks and understanding how system changes impact users and downstream processes.
Strong data and reporting skills. You’re confident working with spreadsheets, cleaning data, analysing information, and building clear reports or dashboards.
Systems and process mindset. You understand how tools, workflows, data and teams connect, and you enjoy improving how work gets done.
AI capability. You’re already using AI tools in practical ways to work faster, analyse information, document processes, improve reporting, surface relevant context or solve problems. We’re all still developing our internal capability in this cutting-edge area at Fresho, so you don’t need to be an expert, but we’re keen to understand where you’re at.
High attention to detail. You’re accurate, organised, process-driven and comfortable with detailed admin, data hygiene and follow-through.
Collaboration and change management experience. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally, gathering feedback, explaining changes clearly, and helping teams adopt and embed new systems or process improvements.
Strong communication skills. You can work with non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, explain issues clearly, and communicate proactively across teams and time zones.
Working hours flexibility. You’re comfortable working with teams across the globe.
Melbourne availability. You’re based in Melbourne and able to work regularly from our South Melbourne HQ as part of a hybrid rhythm.
