Front of House Team – New Venue Opening | Join a growing and dynamic Team
We’re on the lookout for exceptional Front of House staff to join the launch team of our exciting new venue – a Pizzeria | Restaurant & Bar with a distinct offering in the dynamic Newmarket precinct in Randwick.
Brought to you by the team behind barmilano in Maroubra Beach, this new opening marks the next chapter in our fast-growing, highly regarded restaurant group. With a fresh, edgy concept and a commitment to quality, we’re building a team of passionate professionals who want to be part of something truly exciting from day one.
About the Role
We’re hiring for multiple front-of-house positions, including section waiters, runners, and bar staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love hospitality, and want to grow with a dynamic team, we’d love to meet you.
You will:
- Deliver confident, polished service with energy and attention to detail
- Manage your section or station with pride and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu and beverage offerings with genuine enthusiasm
- Work closely with the team to create a smooth, high-quality dining experience
- Represent our brand and philosophy with integrity and passion
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar hospitality role (section waiter or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for food, beverage, and creating standout guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- A proactive, team-first attitude
- Flexibility for training and rotation shifts at our flagship sister venue (barmilano Maroubra).
