The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for a Full time permanent chef at Sous Chef level.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
- Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and style
- Minimum 1–3 years' relevant experience
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
- Sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S
- A CV with professional referees, including current email addresses and phone numbers
- Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster
