About Alba
Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.
The opportunity
We are expanding our team in the Spa team and invite emerging Spa Therapists to join our luxury wellness destination. In this role you will support the day to day general operational duties of the spa and receive comprehensive training in our bespoke spa rituals, working exclusively with premium brands Vanessa Megan and Sodashi.
The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Availability on Friday, Saturday and Mondays highly desirable.

About You
- You have recently graduated or nearing the end of your studies
- You have previous customer service experience
- You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
