$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll be part of a large, close-knit and supportive Talent Management team. Partnering closely with a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
You'll be at the heart of the recruitment process, coordinating everything from creating vacancies in our recruitment system and scheduling interviews, through to preparing offers, managing pre-employment checks and supporting candidates as they take their next career step with TAFE NSW.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where delivering a positive experience is just as important as achieving results. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you'll provide accurate advice and guidance to candidates, confidently responding to enquiries and helping navigate recruitment processes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, building solid and trusted relationships and contributing to meaningful careers across TAFE NSW.
About you
You're genuinely passionate about recruitment and bring experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment. You thrive on being part of a collaborative team, building positive relationships and working together to achieve shared goals.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, you're comfortable managing a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting competing deadlines. You take pride in delivering a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates, understanding that every interaction matters.
You're proactive, solutions-focused and have a natural ability to identifying process improvements, sharing new ideas or finding ways to enhance service delivery with a commitment to personal continuous improvement and delivering quality outcomes.
Most importantly, you're someone who brings a positive attitude, strong customer focus and a genuine passion for helping people.

This is a child-related position. Successful candidates must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencing. TAFE NSW will also conduct an Australian National Criminal Record Check on the preferred applicant as part of the pre‑employment process.
To be eligible for a position at TAFE NSW, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
