A Service Delivery Coordinator at The Missing Link helps manage client support services and makes sure customers receive smooth and high-quality IT and managed services. This role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and company partners to coordinate projects, solve service issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Main duties usually include:
Managing communication between clients and internal IT teams
Monitoring service requests, incidents, and support tickets
Helping ensure services are delivered on time and meet company administrative tasks
Supporting process improvements and service automation projects
Maintaining good relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction standards
Preparing reports, updates, and service performance summaries
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and project activities
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
