Your Opportunity
You will be responsible for providing service and management of ALSE & associated explosive ordnance (EO) within CofA and Jet Aviation management systems related to ALSE.
This Full Time leadership role offers an Annual Salary Package of AUD$119,604 plus Super plus Military Bonus plus OT.
Your Responsibilities
Continuing Airworthiness Management of ALSE equipment and associated products IAW ADF Policies.
Supervision of ALSE staff.
Conduct ALSE maintenance activities and servicing’s IAW Approved Maintenance Data.
Configuration management of ALSE equipment IAW current National Military Airworthiness/Operator Authorities including defect reporting.
Maintenance of ALSE training aids and providing subject matter input to ADF training staff.
Measuring and initial ALSE ensemble fitments of aircrew.
Management of ALSE logistics including but limited to stock ordering, stock transfers, stocktaking and auditing.
Liaise with LMA Operations Officers/No 2 Flying Training School Programmers to ensure availability of ALSE to meet requirements of the PTS Daily Flying/FTD Program.
Managing, upkeep and auditing of ALSE EO IAW current Regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with PTS stakeholders including Lockheed Martin Australia (LMA), Pilatus and the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
Actively engage and assist with Defence support agencies such as ALSMU, ATSPO and AFTG.
All associated administration and reporting such as LS500s, Share Point and ERP.
Foster a sense of ‘Safety First’ within the Jet Aviation maintenance team.
Actively support and participate in the Jet Aviation Core Values and Safety, Security and Environment policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements :
Certificate III Aircraft Life Support and Furnishing or equivalent.
Demonstrate an understanding of aviation regulatory requirements for aircraft maintenance, both civil & military (Part 145).
Demonstrate understanding of Defence Logistics (ERP).
Good communication skills.
Common courtesy and customer orientated.
Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions as well as meeting minimum physical requirements of the job.

Strong understanding of the ADF customer environment, including military contracts, technical and operational organisations, PTS program responsibilities, military protocols, rank structures and applicable security requirements.
