Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated NDIS Client Growth Coordinator to help expand Enable Horizon Disability by building relationships with hospitals, support coordinators, allied health professionals, community organisations, and potential NDIS participants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping grow an expanding NDIS provider. The successful candidate will actively generate new client referrals while supporting the onboarding process for new participants.
Location: Armadale, WA
Responsibilities
- Manage new participant enquiries and referrals
- Conduct intake interviews and onboarding
- Liaise with Support Coordinators, hospitals and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate client records
- Schedule services and support staff
- Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Represent Enable Horizon Disability at networking events and within the local community to promote our services.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in the NDIS, disability, community services or healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
